The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Nigel Sylvester” is the first Jordan Brand collaboration ever for a professional BMX rider. Sylvester’s impeccable style on the bike translates over to his unique rendition of the Air Jordan 1. The shoe features a distressed aesthetic inspired by the way the BMX rider's shoes look after he has ridden in them. A yellow treatment is applied to the white leather upper on the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Nigel Sylvester” to give them a broken-in look. Scuffs are also applied across the upper, while the lateral Swooshes are deconstructed to look like they’ve been ripped off with the bright white leather showing underneath. The medial Swooshes are reflective to add a bit of flash to the design. With black and red accents that hint to original colorways of the model, the shoe adds mini toe Swooshes for a final touch. Produced in extremely limited quantities, the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Nigel Sylvester” is a memorable introduction for Sylvester into Jordan Brand’s history.
