8" Octagon Carbon Steel Skillet (Hand Forged!)

Our 8” Hand forged octagon skillet is the perfect size for frying up a couple of eggs, preparing a perfectly shaped omelet, or a single serving of bacon or sausage. If you are cooking for one, it also works great for searing small proteins and sautéing veggies for a side dish. This pan heats quickly and is simple to clean and maintain.

In a quest to reimagine the traditional skillet, we began forging polygon shapes. We quickly discovered that an octagonal-shaped skillet provides ambidextrous pour spouts at just the perfect locations, and looks modern and elegant on display in any kitchen. This pan is ideal for the chef that also enjoys baking; the eight-sided shape is perfect for portioning out cornbread, pizza, and other baked goods.

Works on: induction, glass and coil electric, gas, open fire, in the oven, on the grill, in the smoker, and in the wood burning oven.
